National Nutrition Week

Nutrition week is an annual nutrition program launched by the government of India, Ministry of women and child development, the board of food and nutrition in 1982 and is observed in the country from 1st to 7th September every year.

NNW is celebrated with an objective to raise awareness on the importance of nutrition for health which has an impact on development, productivity, economic,growth, and ultimately national development.
